Hi, I'm Susan, and I'm mama to Adelyn, Evander, Bairett, and Remiel, with baby #5 on the way! I joined Fit4Mom Winchester shortly after moving to the area and knew that I had found my village! After 3 years as a client, I became a certified instructor so that I can share my love and passion for fitness and this community with other mamas. I bring years of experience as a gymnastics coach with me and love being able to apply those skills in a new way as I learn, grow, and laugh alongside an amazing group of woman all on the best journey this life has to offer - strength in motherhood!
