Certified Stroller Strides Instructor

Hi mama's, I'm Morgan and am mama to 1 year old Jaxon. Being originally from Alaska and making Virginia my home, I knew that having a community was really important especially once I became a mom. I found Fit4Mom Winchester to be just that community! After taking my first class 6 weeks postpartum, I was thankful to have the support and encouragement all the mama's gave me as I was learning how to manage mama life. I enjoy building relationships with all the mama's and kiddos while inspiring them to know that everything they're doing is improving their lives. My favorite part of class is the final reminder that your most important stretch is your smile! Can't wait to see you mama's and kiddos smiling!
