Hi, I'm Logan, and I'm a mama to my sweet boy, Adley. I've lived in West Virginia for most of my life and was a first-grade teacher before becoming a stay-at-home mom. Shortly after transitioning to this new role, I joined FIT4MOM to find connection and community. I've since met so many amazing mamas and made lifelong friends. I’m excited to combine my love for fitness and teaching as I share this journey with others!
