If you’ve been thinking about joining us but still have a few doubts or “what ifs” running through your mind — you’re not alone. We've all been there and we hear these questions all the time We want you to know: you belong here. Here’s what we tell every new mom who’s wondering the same things…
“What if I can’t keep up with the others?”
You’re not here to be perfect — you’re here to move your body, connect with other moms, and feel better than when you started. Walk, jog, modify, or rest whenever you need. Our instructors meet you exactly where you are, and offer options for every fitness level and every stage of motherhood.
Progress > Perfection. Always.
“I don’t know anyone. What if I feel awkward?”
We’ve all been the new mom. But the moment you show up, you’re part of the village. You’ll meet the most genuine, encouraging women who have your back — in class and beyond. You don’t need to know anyone yet. Just come find your mom friends.
“I get too anxious leaving my house with the baby.”
Mama, you are not alone. That anxiety is real, and so is the courage it takes to just show up. We’re a village that gets it. No judgment, only compassion. If all you can do is arrive and take a deep breath — that’s enough. We’ll be here, cheering you on.
“What if my kid has a meltdown or needs me during class?”
That’s motherhood. And we’re here for all of it. Diaper blowouts, snack breaks, mid-workout snuggles — it’s all welcome. You never have to apologize for being a mom here. Your kids are just as much a part of this community as you are.
“My kid won’t behave in the stroller.”
Good news: no one expects perfection from you or your little one. We sing songs, offer toys and snacks, and welcome baby-wearing as an option. This is a judgment-free zone where movement, chaos, and love all coexist beautifully. Kiddos don’t have to sit still to belong.
Still have questions? Just reach out — or better yet, come try a class and see for yourself. You’ve got nothing to lose and a whole village to gain.
You’ve found your people. Welcome home. 💛
